B. Recap (where we use funds to buy-out existing owners or shareholders) or Growth Equity (where our invest is used to fund growth / new things)
Location - We want to be engaged partners. We have a deep network in the Southeast. Our ideal location is within 200 miles of Birmingham, Alabama.
Size - We target companies with $1 to $6 million in EBITDA (or basically profit that excludes income tax and depreciation).
